For the holidays, Dell Technologies set out to give an essential gift to visually impaired children. VMLY&R wanted to tell the story of Dell's new eSight glasses, but was looking for a production partner that would capture a human angle on the impact of this revolutionary technology.

Working closely with our agency partner, our approach was to focus the film on a single character and to use the eSight glasses fitting as an unofficial casting session. This is where we met Lily. Her sweetness and enthusiasm shined. With a small crew and the right tools, we captured a moment Lily—and audiences around the world—would never forget.
