Holiday travel can be stressful, downright painful. But at our best, the season inspires moments of genuine kindness between strangers. PXP’s challenge to us was to capture spontaneous moments of kindness between Delta passengers and employees in airports across the country.
Thoughtful Approach.
To offset the scheduling and budgetary risks of exploratory filming, we blended into the crowd – casting actors to play scenes with busy airport terminals as their backdrops, filming through crowds with long lenses, and ultimately delivering scripted, doc-style footage that felt authentically observed.

Moxie brought in Academy Award-winner Viola Davis to narrate the spot, which went on to garner millions of impressions across social platforms.
